These documents contain information about paper/presentation length (and limits), instructions on how to get to sessions, and how to navigate both Whova and Zoom interfaces in hybrid and virtual sessions. Links to these documents will also be posted to the SSAWW conference webpage and distributed via social media.
Note that the rehearsal sessions scheduled for Sat. 10/30, Sun. 10/31, and Tuesday 11/2 are restricted to panel chairs and conference support (Planning Committee and grad student support staff) only due to restrictions in Whova. We apologize to non-panel chair attendees to were unable to access yesterday’s session.
If you are a panel chair and need help finding the rehearsal sessions scheduled for today or Tuesday, you can recover the instructions on how to get into the session by finding the “Rehearsal Sessions” announcement in your email or in the Community/Organizer Announcements tab in Whova.
