What to bring to Baltimore
We’re excited to see you in Baltimore! Here are some things to consider when packing:
- Face masks (review SSAWW Covid-19 Code of Conduct)
- A/V connectors for Mac products (if connecting to the hotel’s A/V for presentations)
- Earbuds/Headphones to join Zoom sessions
- Vintage SSAWW Lanyard (from SSAWW 2018, 2015, 2012, or earlier–Bring it along to use again in celebration of SSAWW’s twenty-first anniversary!)
- Vaccine Record (for public spaces in the city that may require proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test)
- Prepare for the Baltimore weather
- Check out the Hotel amenities including a fitness center and heated indoor pool
- Keurig machines in rooms
- Free wifi in rooms
- No room service will be available due to COVID precautions
- In-room microwaves available for $5/day
